从齿面接触分析(Tooth contact analysis,TCA)内含的啮合信息分析机床调整参数误差对齿面接触质量的影响,研究机床调整参数误差与螺旋锥齿轮齿面接触分析之间的关联规律.以SGM(螺旋锥齿轮,大轮展成法,小轮变性法加工)调整卡加工的弧齿锥齿轮副为研究对象,分析得到各个调整参数误差引起的齿面接触质量的变化规律.在此基础上,确定对齿面接触质量有较大影响的机床调整参数.
Based on the meshing information of the tooth contact analysis (TCA), the influence on the tooth contact quality caused by the machine tool adjustment parameter errors was studied. The effect law between the machine tool adjustment parameter errors and the spiral bevel gears tooth contact was researched. The researched object is a pair of spiral bevel gears processed by SGM (spiral bevel gears, generated, modified roll) adjustment card. The laws of the tooth contact quality caused by the machine tool adjustment parameter errors were obtained. Based on the results, the machine tool adjustment parameters which have great influence on the tooth contact quality are confirmed
