Red Association, with its staunch political and good moral effect, has important significance for the con- struction of Higher Vocational Colleges political beliefs. This paper lists the reasons for the weakening of the exis- tence force in current Red Association and analyzes the deeper causes of the problem. On this basis, it studies the countermeasures for improving the existence force from the organization, leadership, resources and creating the brand activities.
