研究了重金属污泥中的4种重金属离子(Cu^2+、Zn^2+、Pb^2+、Cd^2+)的回收方法,考察了酸的种类、酸浓度、温度、时间、固液比对浸出效果的影响。结果表明,4mol/L的HNO。与750℃焙烧3h后的污泥在固液比1:20,转速600r/min,80℃下反应3h,Cu^2+、Pb^2+、Zn^2+、Cd^2+的浸出率分别为92.0%、99.5oA、99.5%、99.3%。
The recovery of four metal ions, to be specific, Cu2+ , Pb2+ , Zn2+ and Cd2+ from heavy metals sludge was investigated. Effects of acid type, acid concentration, temperature, time and ratio of solid to liquid on leaching efficiency in acid leaching process were investigated. The results show that when the sludge calcined at 750 ℃ for 3 h is treated with 4 mol/L HNO3 (solid-to-liquid ratio is 1 : 20) at 80 ℃ for 3 h under the rotation speed of 600 r/min, the leaching rate of Cu2+ , Pb2+ , Zn2+ and Cd2+ is 92.0%, 99.5%,, 99.5%, 99.3%, respectively.
