采用透水模板施工工艺作为一种混凝土有效减缩措施,分析了其在混凝土成型早龄期的减缩效果与作用机理;同时试验探讨了混凝土早龄期减缩的后期耐久性能。结果表明,透水模板可以有效抑制混凝土早龄期收缩;不同透水模板的保水能力对混凝土早龄期减缩效果存在显著差别;采用透水模板浇筑的混凝土后期抗渗性和抗碳化性能有所提高。
This paper presents the use of Controlled Permeability Formwork (CPF) to reduce early-age shrinkage of concrete. Its effect to reduce the shrinkage and the durability performance of the concrete in the late phase were tested. The results show that CPF can effectively restrain the early-age shrinkage of concrete. It is also observed from the tests that CPFs with different water retentions have remarkably different shrinkage reduction effects. With CPF, the impermeability and carbonation resistance of the concrete are enhanced.
