This paper introduces the detailed manufacture process of dragonfly-eye grating. Though the analysis, measurement and calculation of the diffraction pattern, the grating constant and the structure of the dragonfly-eye grating are obtained. The calculated results are in accordance basi- cally with the measurement of SEM. A two-dimension three fold grating is made using three one-dimension gratings at mutually an angle of 60^o. The diffraction patterns of the dragonfly eye grating are very similar with the diffraction patterns obtained in the expriment and computer simulation.
