基于多体动力学软件UM建立了考虑构架弹性的某型车刚柔耦合动力学模型,其中构架利用限元软件ANSYS做弹性化处理,车体、轮对和轴箱等主要部件仍做刚体处理.分析了不同速度下多刚体模型和刚柔耦合模型的运行安全性指标,仿真结果表明:多刚体模型和刚柔耦合模型在通过曲线半径4 000m的S型曲线时,车辆轮轴横向力、脱轨系数、轮重减载率、Sperling指数等安全性指标存在差异.
The rigid-flexible coupling model of a vehicle with consideration of frame? resilience is established on the basis of the multi-body dynamics software UM,in which the frame is treated by an elastomer based on the finite element software ANSYS, and the vehicle body,wheel set and axle box and other major components are treated by the rigid body. The safety of the vehicle system of multi-body model and rigid-flexible coupling model at different speeds is analyzed. Simulation results show that the vehicle axle lateral force, derailment coefficient, wheel load reduction rate, Sperling and other safety index are different between the multi-body model and rigid-flexible coupling model when the vehicle passes through S curve line of 4 000 m radius.
