由于油田所处的自然条件和油田生产的需要，生产车辆在油田生产中起着十分重要的作用。本文介绍的油田车辆管理系统是在对油区道路实测的基础上，基于全球定位技术与现代信息技术相结合，实现的包括车辆及驾驶员档案管理、道路档案及风险源信息管理、车辆安全监控、车辆调派及费用结算等功能完备的油田车辆安全生产管理信息系统。
英文摘要：
Because of the oil field nature condition and the requirement of the production management, vehicles play an important role in the oil field production. The Oil Field Vehicle Management System introduced in this paper,aimed at oil field productive vehicle, based upon GPS and advanced communication technology, and achieved the function such as vehicles and drivers records management, road information and all the risk points in the oil production area, safety monitoring, vehicles control and all the expense balance. The system is an ideal and self - contained system of this field.
