能量平衡保护通过比较2种计算方法获得的线路输入能量的差异来区分区内外故障,一种方法是实测能量,另一种方法是基于无内部故障的线路分布参数模型计算其能量消耗.文章分析了输电线路零序参数和正序参数的频率特性,说明了正序参数中仅电阻随频率升高而增大,电感和电容基本不变.从而在理论上证明了采用对应正序参数模分量的能量平衡保护的性能基本不受输电线路分布参数频率特性的影响,此结论得到了ATP仿真结果的验证.
By means of comparing the discrepancy between the values of energy that is fed into protected transmission line determined by two methods, i.e., the energy value from actual measurement and the energy value that is calculated based on the distributed parameters model of transmission line without internal fault, the protection based on energy balance principle can distinguish internal fault from external fault. Here, the frequency characteristic of zero sequence parameters of transmission line and that of positive sequence parameters are analyzed, the results show that along with the increment of frequency only the resistance in positive sequence parameters increases while the capacitance and inductance remain constant basically. Thus, it is proved theoretically that the performance of energy balance principle based protection adopting modulus components corresponding to positive parameters is not influenced by the frequency characteristic of transmission line's distributed parameters. This conclusion is verified by ATP simulation.
