提出了带有T形肋板的GFRP折形底板,通过肋板孔中混凝土、贯通筋与混凝土浇筑形成桥面板的结构形式,制作了由两个GFRP底板单元组成的模板试件,通过灌沙的方式模拟施工时混凝土浇筑过程的荷载作用,探讨了GFRP加肋折形底板作为无支撑模板使用的可行性。结果表明,所设计的GFRP加肋折形模板的刚度和强度满足相关施工规范的要求。
A kind of corrugated GFRP formwork with T-shaped ribs is proposed in this study.A GFRP-concrete hybrid bridge deck can be fabricated by setting reinforcements and casting concrete on this kind of formwork.The bottom GFRP plate and upper concrete can be combined together with the help of concrete and cross-bars in the holes of perfobond ribs.Test was conducted on a formwork specimen assembled from two unit modules to investigate the feasibility of its usage as formworks without temporary supports.Casting process load was simulated by filling sands.The results show that the stiffness and strength of corrugated GFRP formwork with ribs meet the requirements of relevant specifications for construction of bridges.
