结合厌氧发酵工艺的两种破袋机的设计与应用

针对我国农产品废弃物和生活垃圾的收运现状,为降低农产品废弃物和生活垃圾无害化处理和资源化利用的成本,设计了2种生活垃圾破袋机——双辊筒型破袋机与撕裂型破袋机。文章阐述了2种破袋机的设计方式,并对两种设备在破袋过程中的破袋方式、处理能力和破袋效率等分别进行了分析。模拟对比了2种破袋机对袋装果蔬废弃物和袋装生活垃圾的破袋效果,模拟结果表明:当双辊筒型破袋机的电机转速为20r/min时,对袋装果蔬废弃物的破袋效率接近100%,处理能力为250 kg/h;当双辊筒型破袋机的电机转速为24r/min时,对袋装生活垃圾的破袋效率接近100%,处理能力为260 kg/h;撕裂型破袋机对袋装果蔬废弃物和袋装生活垃圾始终可实现近乎100%的破袋效率,且电机转速最大时的处理能力均为200 kg/h。对生活垃圾和果蔬垃圾破袋处理5 h后发现,双辊筒型破袋机更适合处理生活垃圾,而撕裂型破袋机更适合处理果蔬垃圾。

英文摘要:

According to the collector and transportation situation of agricultural wastes and living garbage in China and reduce the cost of organic waste harmless treatment and resource utilization.Two kinds of bag broken system were designed, which is two roll bag-breaking machine and tearing mode of bag-breaking machine. In this paper, Bag broken system's design principle were elaborated.Meanwhile, the broken method, processing loads, and broken efficiency of bag broken systems were also calculated and analyzed respectively. The effect of bag-broken by two kinds bag-breaking machine was compared by the simulate, the results showed that when the motor speed was up to 20r/min and 24 r/min of the double roller broken system, two kinds of plastic bags broken efficiency can reach 100%, the processing capacity of this system can achieve to 250 kg/h and 260 kg/h respectively; the effect of bags broken by the tearing mode machine was always reach 100%, which the processing capacity was 200 kg/h at the maximum motor speed. After the broken treament of waste for 5 h, the results show that two roll Bag-breaking machine is more suitable for dealing with domestic waste, and tearing mode of Bag-breaking machine is more suitable for dealing with fruit and vegetable waste.
