为改善九龙煤矿-850m胶带大巷破碎围岩注浆加固效果,通过实验室析水率和单轴抗压试验,对不同水灰比和膨润土比例的以PO42.5普通硅酸盐水泥和细度800型超细水泥为主要材料的注浆浆液配比进行了优化研究;采用自主研发的MYZJ-2型实验室液压注浆系统对三轴压力试验破坏后的胶带大巷泥岩标准试件进行注浆试验,并对比分析了注浆试验效果。研究结果表明:水灰比1∶0.6,膨润土比例为水泥重量4%的超细水泥浆液,析水率为6%,养护28d后单轴抗压强度为8.87MPa,满足实验室对标准尺寸破坏试件的注浆要求;优化配比浆液对三轴压力试验破坏后的泥岩试件注浆加固后,试件单轴强度恢复值为试件原单轴抗压强度的14.7%,注浆效果较好。
To enhance the grouting reinforcement effect of -850m main belt roadway with broken surrounding rock, syneresis rate test and uniaxial compressive test were carried out, the grouting material mainly comprised of PO42. 5 ordinary Portland cement and superfine cement was optimized at different water cement ratio and bentonite proportion. Self -innovated MYZJ -2 hydraulic grouting system was applied in the grouting experiment of mudstone specimens from the belt roadway, after the specimen was broken by triaxial compression test. The results indicates that, when the water cement ratio is 1: 0. 6, bentonite proportion is 4% by weight, syneresis rate is 6%, and uniaxial compressive strength after curing 28d is 8. 87MPa, the requirements of lab grouting for broken specimens of standard size is satisfied. After grouting reinforcement of the broken mudstone specimens with optimized grout, the uuiaxial compressive strength recovery value is 14. 7% of the original, the grouting effect is favorable.
