“3＋1”教学模式为提高信息网络类专业学生的实践能力，创造能力和加速学生全面发展提供了良好的锻炼平台，但是随着这种模式的进一步推进，出现了一些新的问题。比如，“3”和“1”不能无缝对接、学校的人才培养方案不适应实训基地项目开发的需求、双师型教师短缺、缺乏实践教学体系等，本文在探讨了这些问题的基础上，提出了解决问题的策略。
