目的探讨人们通过社交网站采纳健康信息意愿的行为特点及健康自我效能对的调节与中介作用。方法以社会认知理论为基础,在436份有效问卷数据的基础上采用SPSS 17.0、Lisrel7.0软件进行统计学分析并构建结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果健康自我效能部分中介了感知情感支持、感知信息支持、健康关注、感知用户信任与用户采纳意向之间的关系;自我效能在健康关注和采纳意向之间不起调节作用。结论本研究模型可以一定程度上预测人们基于社交网站采纳健康信息的意愿。
Objective The purpose is to explore influence factors on people's adoption behavior of health information via Social Netw orking Sites and analyzes health self-efficacy's moderate and mediate effect between people's usage intention and other affecting factors. Methods s Based on Social Cognitive Theory,we used SPSS and Lisrel software to analyze the data from 436 valid questionnaires and built a structure equation model for empirical analysis. Results The Results show that health self-efficacy partially mediate users' adoption intention between perceived emotional support,perceived informational support,health concern and perceived users trust; health self-efficacy does not moderate the relationship of health concern and adoption intention. Conclusion This model we built could predict the adoption intention of health information based on social network.
