本文采用主成分分析法对乌梁素海水体的污染程度进行定量化评价，结合前期实测数据，利用Matlab软件，分析出影响乌梁素海水质的主要指标为总氮、总磷、溶解氧、化学需氧量、pH、五日生化需氧量和叶绿素，并分析了污染程度。分析结果与实际相符，具有一定的可靠性和实用性。
英文摘要：
The paper used principal component analysis method to quantitatively estimate the contaminating degree of Wuliangsuhai measuring point. Combined with former testing data and applied with Matlab software, the main parts which affecting the water quality：TN, TP, DO, COD, BOD5, pH and Chl- a were analysed. Compared with reality condltions,the research has certian reliable and practical significance.
