以剪跨比、轴压比和空心率为主要变化参数,对压-弯-剪复合受力下的方中空夹层钢管混凝土柱力学性能进行试验研究,并运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对方中空夹层钢管混凝土柱压弯剪试验所得的横向剪力(V)-剪应变(γ)关系曲线和破坏模态进行模拟计算,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。在此基础之上,通过典型算例对内外钢管和夹层混凝土各自承担的荷载以及轴压比对横向剪力(V)-横向位移(Δ)关系曲线的影响进行了分析。结果表明:由于内外钢管的约束,夹层混凝土的抗剪能力比素混凝土要强很多,延性也得到很大的改善;而由于夹层混凝土承担了大部分剪力,内外钢管承担的剪力反而小于双层空钢管。随着轴压比的增大,方中空夹层钢管混凝土的抗剪承载力和延性都下降,其中夹层混凝土承担的剪力比例增大,内外钢管承担的剪力比例减小。
The mechanical behaviors of square concrete filled double-skin steel tubular columns were tested under compression-bending-shear loading,with various shear-span ratios,axial force ratios and hollow ratios conditions.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to calculate the lateral shear(V)-shear strain(γ)curve and simulate the failure modes.the results of calculated show reasonable agreement with the experiment results.On this basis,the load that steel tubes and concrete bearing separately as well as the influence of the axial force ratio to the lateral shear(V)-shear strain(γ)curve were analyzed.The results show that:because of the constraint of inner and outer steel tubes,the shear capacity of sandwiched concrete is much stronger than the plain concrete and the ductility of sandwiched concrete also gets improved;Because of the sandwiched concrete bears lots of shear force,the shear force of the inner and outer steel tubes bearing is less than the double empty steel tubes.With the increasing number of axial force ratio,the shear capacity and ductility of concrete-filled double-skin square steel tube declined,the shear proportion of sandwiched concrete bearing increased,while the inner and outer steel tube bearing declined.
