构建了发电用煤与煤运耗油的数量关系模型、用户负荷与发电用煤的数量关系模型、用户电价与负荷的数量关系模型,并基于此构建了电价引导下的发电与煤运联合节能优化模型。该节能优化模型综合考虑了电力用户、发电、煤运因素,这在以往的电力节能相关研究中没有涉及。
英文摘要：
First,the quantitative relationship model of coal for power generation and oil for coal transportation was constructed,as well as that of user′s load and coal for power generation and that of user′s electricity price and the load.Based on that,the optimal power generation/coal transportation combined energy-saving models based on the user′s electricity price was developed which comprehensively considers factors of the power consumer,power generation,and coal transportation,which was not involved in previous studies.
