针对三江平原水土资源区域特点,选择了20个指标,建立了水土资源评价指标体系和标准;对脉冲耦合神经网络模型(PCNN模型)进行了改进,提出基于模糊算法的F-PCNN模型,动态阈值等于区域水土资源评价标准的等级范围,省略了不必要的参数,减少了模型的复杂度,并应用于三江平原水土资源评价中.分析结果表明三江平原创业农场水土资源可持续利用评价等级为Ⅱ级,说明水土资源开发和利用较合理,可持续发展能力较强.应用结果说明F-PCNN模型在三江平原水土资源可持续利用评价中是可行的,既拓展了PCNN的应用领域,又为解决水土资源的分类、评价问题提供了新的思路和方法.
In allusion to the regional characteristics of the resources in Sanjiang Plain, 20 index have been chosen and the homologous system and criterion have been established, the Pulse Coupled Neural Network(PCNN) have been improved, and a new fuzzy PCNN model(F-PCNN) has been given, making dynamic thresholds equal to classes range of the evaluating criterion of regional water and soil resources to omit needless parameters and decrease complexity of the model. After the F-PCNN model was used to evaluate water and soil resources in Sanjiang Plain, the results showed that the water and soil resources in Chuangye Farm belonged to grade Ⅱ, indicating the reasonable development and utilization, and high sustainable development capacity of the region. The F-PCNN model is feasible in evaluating sustainable utilization of water and soil resources in Sanjiang Plain, the application field of PCNN is expanded and new thought and approach to solve classification and evaluation problems of water and soil resources are given.
