围岩松动圈理论是分析锚杆作用机理及指导锚杆支护设计的有效理论依据。针对澄合矿区巷道围岩变形影响因素,基于数学理论,利用现场斜井监测数据对巷道顶底板和两帮进行了围岩松动范围与埋深、原岩应力与强度比值、巷道宽度、围岩岩性等多因素不同形式的公式拟合,得到了王村煤矿斜井单因素和多因素的围岩松动范围最优预测公式。围岩松动范围预测值与实际监测值的对比误差较小,各拟合公式在一定程度上能较好地反映澄合矿区王村煤矿斜井监测巷道围岩松动圈的基本分布规律,为王村煤矿斜井巷道锚杆(索)支护优化设计提供了依据。
Surrounding rock loose circle theory is of effective reference to analyze the action mechanism of rock bolts and to design the bolt support. Based on mathematical theories, monitoring data from inclined shaft in Chenghe mine were used for formula fitting on loosen extent of surrounding rock with several influencing factors of deformation. These factors included embedded depth, original rock stress, strength ratio, width of roadway and rock propertities in the roof, floor and both sides of the roadway, Then the optimum forcasting formulas were obtained. Compared with actual monitoring data, the predictive values had high precision. As a good reflection on distribution of surrounding rock loose circle, the fitting formulas provided great reference to optimize the roadway bolt support of inclined shaft in this mine.
