目的研究四黄降糖颗粒(Si—haungHypoglycemicGranule,SHHG)对胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠的降糖作用。方法采用高脂饲料加地塞米松法建立实验性胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型,观察灌胃给药1个月后大鼠血中的胰岛素(Ins)和葡萄糖水平(FBG),以及血清甘油三酯(TGl、血浆总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)、C反应蛋白(CRP)变化。结果与正常组比较,模型组Ins、FBG、CRP、TG、TC、LDL—C均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈O.05);与模型组比较,罗格列酮组、SHHG组Ins、FBG、CRP、TG、TC、LDL均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。罗格列酮组与SHHG组比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论四黄降糖颗粒能明显降低Ins、FBG、hs—CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C的水平。具有一定的增强胰岛素敏感性和改善胰岛素抵抗的作用。
Objective To study the hypoglyeemie ef/eets of the Sihaung Hypoglyeemie Granule (SHHG) on rat model of insulin resistance. Methods The diabetic rat model was established by feeding high fat diet for a certain duration and intraperitoneal injection with Dexamethasone(DEX) (1 mg/kg) every other day. The fast blood glucose,total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipopro- rein eholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein eholesterol(HDL-C), C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and insulin content in bloods of these rats were evaluated after gastric lavaged with medicine for one month. Results Compared with control group, the contents of Ins, FBG, TG, TC, LDL-C andCRP in model group were significantly reduced(P〈0.05). Compared with model group, the contents of Ins, FBG ,TG,TC, LDL-C and CRP in SHHG group and rosiglitazone hydrochloride group were significantly reduced (P〈O.05). But there were no significant difference between them. Conclusion SHHG can significantly reduce the contents of Ins, FBG, TG, TC, LDL-C and CRP, and enhance the sensitivity to insulin and improve insulin resistance.
