以煤矿洗选车间为调查对象,使用噪声仪、温湿度仪、粉尘仪等设备对工人的作业环境进行现场测量评价,采用问卷法对作业人员劳动防护用品的佩戴和使用行为进行了调查,分析了劳动防护用品使用中存在的主要问题,应用工业工程改善设计原则,设计出一种集耳塞、口罩、安全帽于一体的多功能安全帽,并进行了佩戴测试。结果表明,该安全帽对煤矿安全行为管理和工人的职业健康改善都具有一定的促进作用。

英文摘要：

Regarding coal mines washing workshops as research object, the in situ assessment on working environment of workers is conducted by using facilities, noise meter, thermograph and hygrograph and dust meter etc. The wear and use of articles for labor protection is investigated by questionnaires and the main problems existed are analyzed. By improving the design principles, a muhifunctional safety helmet is designed, including three articles, earplug, respirator and safety helmet and the wear test is performed. The result shows that this safety helmet has certain facilitation on coal mines safety action management and workers occupational health improvement.
