石油化工是国民经济发展的支柱产业,据统计,石油化工的能耗约占全国工业总能耗的15%左右,而精馏过程的能耗要占整个石油化工装置总能耗的60%左右,因此要降低石油化工装置的能耗首先要做好精馏过程的节能。可是节能型精馏流程众多,对于1个混合物的分离,从众多的节能型精馏流程中选择出最佳的流程并做到优化设计是很费时费力的,为了帮助用户用最短的时间选择最优的节能流程,本文系统的研究节能精馏流程,提炼出30个典型的,通过优化模拟总结各流程适用特性和应用条件,将每种节能流程的使用特性和应用条件用“知识”来表达从而建立节能型精馏流程优化选择及设计的“知识库”,研究节能型精馏流程选择的推理机,利用Prolog语言实现逻辑推理,构建专家系统的知识库,推理机,用.Net语言开发专家系统的外壳即本专家系统软件的界面,并应用面向对象技术开发了一动态链接模块,实现了开发软件与化工工程模拟软件的相互调用,也就完成了节能型精馏流程优化选择及设计的专家系统软件。

The paper carried out studying on different energy-efficient distillation processes systematically, and finally extracted 30 typical processes, and es- tablished mathematical models of these processes to optimize and design. By studying the character of these processes, we knew the features and conditions of application of every flow and then according to the knowledge, made up the "knowledge base" for the expert systems of selecting and optimizing the design to energy-efficient distillation process, which was developed with prolog and Microsoft. net program language.
