Mipu1是本研究室首次克隆的一个核转录因子,其在内毒素血症中的表达改变情况目前尚不清楚.本研究采用real-time PCR方法检测了Mipu1基因在内毒素血症(12 mg/kg,2 h)小鼠心、肝、肺、脾、脑、肠和骨骼肌7个器官组织中的表达改变.结果发现,LPS(12 mg/kg,2 h)处理可促进小鼠肺和脾组织中Mipu1基因表达增高;但可抑制小鼠心、肝、脑、肠和骨骼肌组织中Mipu1基因的表达.Mipu1基因在内毒素血症小鼠各器官中表达的改变可能与其在内毒素血症中的生物学功能密切相关.
In order to elucidate the changes of the expression of Mipu1 gene in tissues of mice during endotoxemia,real-time PCR was used to study the effect of LPS(12 mg/kg,2 h) treatment on the expression of Mipu1 mRNA in mice.The results showed that LPS(12 mg/kg,2 h)treatment significantly increased the expression of Mipu1 mRNA in the lung and spleen tissues,but decreased the expression of Mipu1 mRNA in the heart,liver,brain,gut and skeletal muscles.The changes of Mipu1 expression may be related to the role of Mipu1 gene during endotoxemia.
