目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,Hs-CRP)、血清半胱氨酸(homo-cysteine,Hcy)和低密度脂蛋白/高密度脂蛋白比值(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol/high-density lipopro-tein cholesterol ratio,LDL-C/HDL-C)联合检测对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary heart disease,CHD)的诊断价值。方法选取2008年7月~2010年12月入院接受冠状动脉造影术检查患者264例,冠心病组165例,对照组(冠脉造影正常)99例,分别测定各组血清中Hs-CRP、Hcy和LDL-C/HDL-C的水平。结果冠心病组Hs-CRP、Hcy的含量和LDL-C/HDL-C比值均显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。联合应用Hs-CRP、Hcy和LDL-C/LDL-C对冠心病的诊断敏感度(94.5%)高于分别单独应用Hs-CRP(85.6%)、Hcy(82.3%)和TC/HDL-C(76.2%)的诊断敏感度(P〈0.05)。结论联合应用Hs-CRP、Hcy和LDL-C/HDL-C更有助于冠心病的早期诊断。
Objective To study the value of integrated detection of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio(LDL-C/HDL-C)in diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Hs-CRP,Hcy and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio were analyzed in 165 cases of patient(CHD group) and 99 cases of control(control group)which were enrolled by coronary angiography.Results The concentration of Hs-CRP,Hcy and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio were significantly higher in CHD patients than those in control group(P0.01).The sensitivity of integrated detection of all the three markers(92.8%) was higher than the single marker detection of either Hs-CRP(83.7%),Hcy(80.0%)or LDL-C/HDL-C(73.4%),P0.05.Conclusion Integrated detection of Hs-CRP,Hcy and LDL-C/HDL-C is more accurate and reliable in the diagnosis of CHD.
