准确的材料流动应力曲线是进行塑性成形有限元模拟的基础.选用Ludwig模型、Swift模型和Voce++模型等流动应力模型,运用反求法分析从中厚板截取的小压缩试样的室温压缩过程,获得了较大应变范围的流动应力曲线.结果表明,Swift模型表现出较好的结果精度、计算效率和对初始参数的稳定性,对于反求法更为适用.
Accurate flow curve of materials is the prerequisite of sound simulation of metal forming. Inverse analysis can be applied to identify larger strain range of flow curve by room temperature compression of small cylinder specimen cut from medium-thick plate. Common flow curve models, such as Ludwig model, Swift model and Voce++ model, were used in inverse analysis and sensitive analysis in this paper. The result shows that Swift model is accurat, efficient and robust for initial input in inverse analysis.
