2015年6月27~28日在武汉大学经济与管理学院召开的第2届中国本土管理研究论坛,以“经济转型中的管理理论创新”为主题,围绕中国管理理论、管理的中国理论和文化双融等内容,共同探讨了经济转型背景下本土管理理论的建构及创新问题,是中国管理学界的又一次集体性学术对话盛宴。据此,结合主题报告、会议论文、分组交流和专门会议对论坛的主要学术观点进行了简要述评。
The 2015 Symposium of the 2nd Indigenous Management Research in China was held at School of Economics and Management, Wuhan University, on June 27th and June 28th, 2015. This forum under the theme of "The Innovation of Management Theory in Economic Transition" is a fur- ther collective academic discourse of China indigenous management research, with topics of the theory of Chinese management, the Chinese theory of management and cultural infusion. With regard to these three main topics, scholars in this forum discussed the construction and innovation of indigenous management theory in the context of China economic transition. According to plenary lectures, special seminars, conference papers and live communication in this forum, a systemic review on main academ- ic viewpoints is offered in this paper.
