为了测试非线性绝缘电介质在低频电压激励下的响应特性,通过理论分析,提出丁通过非线性绝缘介质在梯形电压波激励下的响应电流测试可得到非线性绝缘介质的电导特性和极化特性,并对测试系统的软、硬件进行了设计。硬件系统由信号发生器、线性高压放大器、微电流放大器、数据采集卡和计算机组成;在LabVIEW平台基础上开发了集数据采集、滤波、波形显示、数据存储等功能于一体的软件系统。阶跃激励下的响应测试证实该系统满足3Hz以下低频特性的测试,对线性和非线性介质的测试验证了系统设计的合理性。
To measure the response characteristics of non-linear dielectrics under low frequency voltage, a new measuring method is put forward through theoretical analysis, in which the conductance property and polarization property of non-linear insulating dielectrics can be acquired through measurement of the response current of non-linear insulation dielectrics under trapezoidal wave. The software and hardware of the measuring system for the response current under the trapezoidal wave are designed. The hardware system is constructed by digital signal generator (Agilent 33 250 A), high voltage linear power amplifier (TREK. iNC, model20/20C) , micro-current amplifier, data acquisition card (Adlink Technology INC. , DAQ2005, 4-CH, simultaneous and 500 kHz) and computer. The micro-current amplifier is designed using vacuum tube with the model of DC-2. The software system with the functions including signal acquisition, signal filter, waveform display and data storage, is developed on the basis of Lab- VIEW. The results of testing the response characteristic under step waves prove that the measuring system can satisfy the measurement at the low frequency below 3 Hz. At last, the measurement results of linear insulation dielec- trics (low-density polyethylene) and non-linear insulation dielectrics (low-density polyethylene mixed with inorganic filler SiC) prove the rationality of the design of the measuring system.
