随着印染纺织和制药工业的迅速发展,印染与制药废水已成为水系环境的重点污染源之一。电化学方法处理印染与制药废水,由于其设备小、占地少、运行管理简单、COD去除率高、脱色效果好及不产生二次污染等优点,日益受到人们的重视。电化学方法治理废水,实质是直接或间接地利用电解作用,把水中污染物去除或把有毒物质转化为无毒或低毒物质。该实验的目的在于让学生掌握电解法处理难生物降解废水的原理,同时监测改变电解时间,电压或电解质等条件废水的色度变化,优化最佳电解条件,通过监测COD及BOD5,求B/C,评价废水的可生化性。同时论文还介绍了该实验方法、内容和步骤,并讨论了该教学实验的可行性、存在的优点以及预期的教学效果。
With the development of textile and pharmacy industrial, textile and pharmacy wastewater has become a kind of most polluted water. Electrochemical wastewater treatment has the advantages of small equipment, small area, simple operation and management, high COD and color removal efficiency, no second pollution generation, hence it has been paid more and more attention. The main process for electrochemical wastewater treatment is to degrade high toxic compounds to low or no toxic other compounds through electrolysis. The purpose of this experiment is to make the students grasp the electrochemical principle, optimize electrochemical conditions, such as voltage, time and electrolyte concentration, and evaluate the biodegradable of the wastewater through determine the COD, BOD5 and B/C. The experimental method, content and process were introduced in this paper. Some issues of teaching experiment, including feasibility, necessity, existent advantages and prospective teaching effect, were also discussed.
