For the sake of defensing Botnets, methods of bot programming and network structures are researched. A hot is designed by analyzing the functional structure and working mechanism of Botnet. The program is broken down into four modules that are scan module, exploit module, upload module and communicate module. Then the four modules are implemented by programming, and performance of bot is tested in lab environment, the data show that, botnet can achieve the desired results. Finally, some kinds of prevention measures are presented.
