目的：探讨芪参益气滴丸对慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法：收集在我院就诊或住院治疗的60例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者给予贝那普利片10mg/次,1次/d;呋塞米片20mg/次,1次/d;美托洛尔缓释片23.75mg/次,1次/d;阿托伐他汀片20mg/次,1次/d;地高辛0.125mg/次,1次/d;阿司匹林肠溶片100mg/次,1次/d;单硝酸异山梨酯片20mg/次,1次/d;实验组患者在对照组基础上以及芪参益气滴丸,一次1袋,3次/d,疗程均为4周。治疗前后,对患者的血清NT-BNP、hs-CRP、cTnI水平进行检测并比较。结果：与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后血清NT-BNP、hs-CRP、cTnI水平均显著下降（P〈0.05）;与对照组相比,实验组患者血清NT-BNP、hs-CRP、cTnI水平较低,临床治疗总有效率较高（P〈0.05）。结论：芪参益气滴丸能降低慢性心力衰竭患者血清NT-BNP、hs-CRP、cTnI水平,临床疗效较好,对临床有指导意义。

Objective： To investigate the effect of I, NT-BNP and clinical effect of the treatment of chronic heart failure with Qishenyiqi pills. Methods： 60 cases of patients with chronic heart failure treatment were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group were treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets 10 mg/time, 1times/d; Furosemide Tablets 20 mg/time, 1 times /d; metoprolol sustained-release tablets 23.75 mg/time, 1 times / D; atorvastatin 20 mg/time, 1 times /d; digoxin 0.125 mg/time, 1 times/d; Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets 100 mg/time, Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets20mg/time 1time /d; the patients in the experimental group on the basis of the control group, Qishenyiqi pills, a 1 bag, 3 times /d, for 4weeks after the end of treatment. Conclusion： Qi Shen Qi pill can reduce the serum levels of BNP- hs-CRP, c Tn, I NT in patients with chronic heart failure, the clinical efficacy is good, it has guiding significance for clinical.
