为了有效地进行钢混结合段脱空的识别,以甬江左线特大桥钢混结合段为研究对象,文章提出了运用钢板应变检测法,即通过在可能出现脱空区域预埋应变片并监测应变片的方法来识别脱空;利用通用有限元程序ANSYS分别模拟底板和斜腹板单独脱空时局部结构钢板应变规律。通过结果分析得出:由同一列节点应变变化规律即可初步判定脱空破坏区域边缘的大致位置,从而验证了钢板应变检测法的可行性。
An effective analysis mode is used to the steel-concrete joint section void identification. Taking the steel-concrete joint section of the Yongjiang River Left Line Bridge as the study object, this paper proposes the way of void identification using the steel strain detection method, namely embedding the strain gauge in the potential void region and monitoring it to identify the strain gauge inter- face separation. By using the finite element program ANSYS, the partial structural void of steel bot- tom flange and inclined web can be simulated respectively. The results show that the approximate location of the edge of void destruction region can be preliminarily determined by the strain variation law of nodes in the same column, thus verifying the feasibility of the strain detection method.
