以甜瓜茎叶为厌氧发酵的试验原料,在(35±1)℃、沼气菌种的体积分数为30%的条件下,研究不同TS质量分数(60、80和100g/kg)对甜瓜茎叶单相批量厌氧发酵产沼气的影响。结果表明,总固体(TS)质量分数为60、80和100g/kg的料液日平均产气量分别为202.9、303.5和345.4mL/d,累积产气量随TS质量分数的升高而增大,分别为6 087.0、10 016.5和12 435.5mL。但三者的TS产气率、新鲜原料产气率、挥发性固体(VS)产气率均表现为80g/kg〉100g/kg〉60g/kg,TS降解率与此变化一致。CH4体积分数均是先增大而后维持在50%以上,峰值均在64%以上。
To study the effect of different total solids (TS) mass fraction on biogas production of muskmelon stems and leaves, a batch of single-phase anaerobic fermentation was conducted with muskmelon stems and leaves as the test raw material at different total solids mass fraction (60,80 and 100 g/kg) under the condition of the reactor temperature at (35±1)℃ and the inoculum to substrate ratios at 30G. The result showed that the average daily production of the feed liquid at different total solids mass fraction of 60, 80 and 100 g/kg was 202.9, 303.5, and 345.4 mL/d respectively, and the cumulative biogas production increased with the increase of total solids mass fraction, with 6 087.0, 10 016.5, and 12 435.5 mL respectively. But the gas rate of total solids (TS), gas rate of fresh raw material and gas rate of volatile solid (VS) were both 80 g/kg〉100 g/kg〉60 g/kg, degradation rate of total solids (TS) had the same tendency. The CH4 volumn fraction were both increased at first and remain above 500/oo and peaked above 64%.
