与一般组织相比,创业企业如何跨越“合法性门槛”是其生存和发展绕不开的首要难题,因此成为创业研究领域中特有且重要的研究话题。本文从制度、资源和行为三个视角出发在对现有创业企业合法化战略研究进行梳理、比较与评述的基础上,刻画了创业企业合法化战略研究的演化路径,并结合Timmons经典创业模型中的团队、资源和机会等创业要素,围绕合法化战略响应过程机理,构建了创业企业合法化战略未来研究的框架体系。
Compared with ordinary organizations, legitimation is a preliminary problem of start-up enterprises in terms of survival and development. Thus it becomes a specific and im- portant topic in the field of entrepreneurship research. From institution, resources and behav- ior perspectives, this paper systematically reviews and compares existing literature of legiti- mation strategy of start-up enterprises. Then it depicts the evolution path of legitimation strategy research of start-up enterprises. Finally combining with such entrepreneurship fac- tors as team, resources and opportunities in Timmons classic entrepreneurship model, it draws a framework of future research of start-ups~ legitimation strategy by focusing on process mechanism of legitimation strategy response.
