基于问题的学习(PBL)是以问题为基础的教学模式,在增加学习兴趣和培养学生分析解决问题能力等多方面都有优势,在我国医学院校的临床学科中得到广泛应用。本文就PBL教学在基础课程中做了一定的探索研究,对医用化学课程中的部分内容进行PBL教学尝试,以探讨如何在基础课程中开展PBL的教学。本文实践显示在使用PBL教学和传统教学相结合的情况下,提高了学生自学能力、表达能力、以及分析解决问题的能力。
The problem-based learning (PBL) is a teaching and learning method characterized by the use of problems as a tool in teaching.PBL has demonstrated its advantages in stimulating the students' learning interest and helping students to acquire knowledge and learn problem-solving skills.PBL has been widely used in the clinical disciplines of medical colleges and universities in China.The use of PBL method in the teaching of basic courses was investigated by using it in the teaching of medical chemistry.Strategies for the use of PBL in teaching of basic courses were suggested.Results showed that the student can improve himself-study ability,expression ability and analysis ability to solve the problem when the teacher used the PBL teaching method and the traditional ones in class.
