听觉诱发电位是通过记录听觉神经通路对声刺激信号的神经反应活动评估人类听觉功能的生理方法。本文回顾了自上世纪以来国内外听觉诱发电位临床应用的发展历程,归纳了现阶段在客观听阈评估、术中听力监测、中枢听觉功能评估、听神经病等特殊疾病诊断等方面的应用现状,并提出了测试标准化方面存在的问题,以期为听力学从业者提供一个了解听觉诱发电位临床应用进展的窗口。
Auditory evoked potentials(AEP)are a physiological method used to evaluate human auditory functionby recording the nervous reaction activities along the auditory pathway.In order to provide a window for audiologypractitioners to understand AEP applications,this article reviews the history of progress in this field,both in China andinternationally,since the last century.Present status of AEP applications is summarized in objective hearing evaluation,intraoperative monitoring,central hearing auditory function evaluation,and diagnosis of specific diseases such as auditoryneuropathy.Current issues in test standardization are also discussed.
