为建立大跨径钢桥面铺装所用的热固性环氧沥青混合料动态模量的主曲线方程,首先采用动态频率扫描试验测试了3组不同温度、11个不同加载频率下的环氧沥青混合料动态模量,然后利用时温等效原理和基因遗传算法对不同温度间的动态模量进行了移位分析,最后采用γ分布函数和指数函数对20℃环氧沥青混合料动态模量主曲线方程和不同温度间的动态模量移位因子公式进行了拟合回归。结果表明:环氧沥青混合料的动态模量随温度的升高而降低,在固定温度下随加载频率的减小而减小;10℃和30℃环氧沥青混合料动态模量移至20℃时的最佳移位因子分别为5.002 256和-3.990 583;环氧沥青混合料动态模量主曲线的建立为大跨径钢桥面铺装动态设计方法的形成提供了材料参数方程。
In order to obtain the master curve equation of dynamic modulus of epoxy asphalt mixture that is mostly used in pavement of long-span steel deck bridges,firstly the dynamic frequency sweep tests with three temperatures and eleven loading frequencies for epoxy asphalt mixture were conducted.Then,the temperature shifted factors were studied with time-temperature rheological principle and genetic algorithm.Finally,the master curve of dynamic modulus for epoxy asphalt mixture at 20 ℃ and the temperature shifted factor formula were fitted by using γ distribution function and exponential function respectively.Results show that the dynamic modulus of epoxy asphalt mixture decreases with increase of test temperature,and the dynamic modulus decreases with the loading frequency.The optimal shifted factors from 10 ℃ and 30 ℃ to 20 ℃ are 5.002 256 and-3.990 583 respectively.The master curve of dynamic modulus of epoxy asphalt mixture provides the material parameter equation for dynamic design method of pavement on long-span steel deck bridges.
