Objective To estimate the effects of treatment of ambly - cmmissurotomy between inferior rectus and surrounding eyelid tissue. Methods The treatment of inborn lower eyelid entropion trichiasis by ambly - commissurotomy of inferior rectus and surrounding eyelid tissue were performed Results The effects of 33 cases was well, 3 cases were improved, 3 cases were falured, and the total effective rate was 92.3%. Conclusion The ambly - commissurotomy between inferior rectus and surrounding eyelid tissure are simple, painfulless and has good effect.
