将熵流理论引入了土木工程结构的损伤问题研究之中，给出了对于结构损伤问题的分析和处理的有益启示，据此进一步得出了具体的思路。为了能应用于实际，借鉴层次分析法的思想，给出了对具体结构获取“熵”值的方法。
英文摘要：
Entropy Flow Theory was introduced into the study of civil engineering structure damage in this paper. Based on this theory, helpful revelation for the analysis and disposal of structure damage were gained. Consequently, several material thoughts were presented. For the need of actual application, the acquisition method of entropy value for engineering structure was proposed with the idea of Analytic Hierarchy Process as reference.
