This paper resolves the content and main factors of enterprise innovation capacity,building an evaluation system with 3 levels and 21 specific indicators.Based on the data of 496 GEM listed companies,using the entropy and catastrophe progression methods,we built a coupling degree model to evaluate the innovation capability of listed companies,aiming to test the relationship between enterprises＇ innovation capacity and the RD-integration-performance system.
