阐述了MnBi合金的发展状况以及最新研究进展,详细介绍了国内外至今比较常用的MnBi永磁合金制备技术,如粉末混合烧结、机械合金化、磁场取向凝固、电弧熔炼、真空感应熔炼、熔体快淬制备MnBi合金等技术。通过综合分析,熔体快淬法与后续的真空退火工艺处理相结合制备MnBi合金具有较高的效率,能够获得含量较高的低温相MnBi永磁体,并有望成为制备高磁性MnBi合金较为理想的方法。
This paper expounds the latest progress of MnBi alloy and the preparation technology of MnBi permanent magnetalloy,such as the sintering method,mechanical alloying,magnetic field orientation of solidification,induction melting andso on.Through Analysis with Compare,Quick melt quenching method combined with subsequent annealing treatment is expectedto be become a more ideal method of preparation of high magnetic MnBi alloy.
