Fujimoto(2000)研究了受切向荷载作用的微凸体在完全弹性接触或完全塑性接触条件下的微观位移特性。而实际大多数微凸体在法向荷载作用下,因材料的弹塑性性质导致其接触是很难达到完全弹性接触或完全塑性状态的。因此,如何解决切向荷载作用下处于弹塑性接触状态的微凸体的微观位移特性就显得非常重要。作者以Fujimoto模型为基础,结合Cattaneo和MindJin理论,研究了切向荷载作用下处于弹塑性接触状态微凸体的摩擦力一微观位移关系,并给出了一个计算实例,显示该文理论模型的合理性。
The character of asperity micro-displacements caused by a tangential load for perfect elastic or fully plastic contact materials was studied clearly by Fujimoto (2000). However, for most contacts of elastic-plastic materials, the above conditions cannot be satisfied. Here taken the Fujimoto model as the foundation and based on the Cattaneo & Mindlin theory, the relation between a contact friction and a micro-displacement under a tangential load for elastic-plastic materials is studied. At last, an example is given to verify the application of the theoretical method proposed.
