研制了一种基于TMS320DM6437与FPGA的红外热成像系统。在介绍系统总体结构的基础上,详细介绍了FPGA时序设计以及DM6437视频处理子系统(VPSS)的控制时序。系统多次测试结果表明,基于DM6437与FPGA的红外热成像系统具有较高的实时性、稳定性,实时帧频达到50Hz。最后在本系统平台上运用实时盲元处理算法,有效地消除了盲元,提高了红外图像质量。
An infrared thermal imaging system based on TMS320DM6437 and FPGA is designed in this paper. The timing design of FPGA and TMS320DM6437 video processing subsystem (VPSS) are detailed described. The performance evaluation experiments show that the infrared thermal imaging system based on TMS320DM6437 and FPGA can meet the high real-time and stability with 50 Hz frame rate. Finally, the real-time algorithm of blind pixels processing is used on the system, eliminating blind pixels and improving the quality of the infrared image. The system has a certain reference value in engineering application.
