英文摘要：

Technical Alliance is the main way in technological breakthroughs and innovation, but opportunism has a serious impact on the stability of the alliance. In this paper we use a new theoretical perspective of regulator focus, in accordance with the principle of social cognition, to study opportunism in the technology alliance and the degree of tolerance to opportunism of the allied members who have different types of focus. The paper draws the conclusion that compared with prevention focus allied member,promotion focus one is more tolerant of speculation. And based on industry-university- research technical alliance,the production party is promotion focus and research party is prevention focus. Through integration of the two parties＇ focus by means of benefit-sharing and third party intervention, we can enhance the stability of alliance to promote its long-term operation.
