文章通过构建资源约束下区域技术创新生态系统理论模型,并以广西北部湾经济区为实证对象,利用结构方程模型对欠发达区域技术创新生态系统演化影响因素进行研究。研究结果表明:创新生态主体因子、创新资源约束因子和创新系统环境因子均对广西北部湾经济区技术创新生态系统的健康发展产生正向影响;但其中,创新系统环境因子所包含的创新政策环境和微观市场环境两个因素却对该区域技术创新生态系统的健康发展产生负向影响。在影响程度上,资金资源因素的正影响力最大,其次依次为人才资源、企业创新力、信息(技术)资源、高校及科研院所创造力、其他主体的支持力、宏观经济环境;负的影响方面,依次为创新政策环境和微观市场环境,并据此提出首先应着重于创新资源环境的治理,特别是改善创新资金、人才资源等政策建议。
In this paper, through the construction of regional technological innovation ecosystem theory under the resources constraint model, and take the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone as the empirical object, by using the structural equation model, technological innovation ecosystem evolution impact factors of less-developed region were studied. The results show that the innovation ecological subject factor,environment factor and the innovation system of resource constraints factors are positive to Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone technology innovation ecosystem development; But among them, the innovation policy environment and micro environment factors contains market environment have a negative impact. On the influence degree, capital resource factors are the most influential, followed by human resources,enterprise innovation, information(technical) resources, universities and research institutes creativity, upward force and other subjects,macroeconomic environment; Negative impact, includes innovation policy environment and micro marketing environment, such as capital improvement, human resources perfection.
