Psychological crisis after emergency is a kind of special risk,and it is an important way to improve psychological assiatance by using the principle and method of risk management on assessing and dealing with the psychological crisis after emergency.This paper summarized emergency psychological assistance develop-ment status and basic ideas of the current risk management, integrated the knowledge of psychological assis-tance and risk management, designed the mode and process of emergency psychological assistance based on the perspective of risk management.
