逆变器输出电压的谐波分析为输出滤波器的设计提供了基本的理论依据。针对大容量H桥NPC三电平逆变器,结合PWM技术的基本思想,推导出逆变器中各开关管的开关函数。基于开关函数,得到了输出电压解析表达式,并分析了输出电压的谐波频谱特性。仿真与实验进一步证明了输出电压解析表达式的正确性。该分析方法推导过程简单明了、物理意义清晰,可以应用到其他拓扑结构多电平变换器的输入输出滤波器的设计中,并能够评价不同调制策略的优缺点。
The harmonic analysis of output voltage in the inverter helps to lay theoretical foundation for the filter design. As for H-bridge NPC three-level inverter, the switch functions of the power de- vices were deduced according to the basic concept of PWM technology. The rigorous analytic expres- sion of output voltage frequency spectra was derived from the switch functions, and the spectral cha- racteristics of output voltage were analyzed. The correctness of the analytic expression was verified by the simulation and experiment results. And meanwhile, the harmonic analysis based on the switch functions can also be applied to the input and output filter designs of multi-level converter. The analytical method makes the deducing process simple and the physical meaning clear, and it can be used to evaluate the various modulate strategies.
