The cycle of R＆D is an important index to evaluate R＆D projects, and scheduling Optimization is a good method to compress the time limit for a project. Dynamic alliance has provided a new cooperation pattern for large-scale R＆D project. We analyze the factor that influences the scheduling of the large-scale R＆D. On the view of scheduling optimization, we propose the scheduling control mechanism, the benefits-risks incentive mechanism and the resource sharing mechanism for the coordination mechanism of the large-scale R＆D project under the model of dynamic alliance.
