为了研究冲击荷载下废玻璃粉混凝土力学性能,采用落锤试验机装置,测定废玻璃粉掺量分别为0、5%、10%、30%的混凝土梁在冲击荷载中的力学强度和变形性能。根据盒维数算法思想及数字图像存储原理,设计了基于Matlab计算功能的冲击荷载下混凝土试件损伤裂缝分形维数的简易算法。结果表明:相同废玻璃粉掺量下,随落锤下落高度增加,加载时间均在0.40 ms左右,加载速率、荷载峰值、混凝土梁竖向位移、对混凝土梁所做的功及裂缝分形维数值均逐渐增加,具有显著的应变率相关性;相同高度随着废玻璃粉掺量增加,荷载峰值略有增加,而加载时长略有减少。
This paper studies on the mechanical properties of waste glass concrete under the impact load, using the drop test machine means for measuring waste glass powder content of 0,5% ,10% ,30% of concrete beams mechanical strength and deformation properties under the impact load. According to box dimension algorithm thoughts and principles of digital image storage, simple algorithms de- signed based on Matlab computing capabilities of concrete specimens damage crack fractal dimension of under the impact loads.The re- suits show : the impact of waste glass powder content under the same load, with the hammer drop height increases,load time were about 0.40 ms, loading rate, peak load, vertical displacement of the concrete beams, has significant strain rate;power made for concrete beams and crack fractal dimension values are increasing.
