重金属对溶磷黑曲霉生长的影响

采用PDA培养基添加不同浓度的单一重金属离子,研究10种重金属对溶磷黑曲霉(Aspergillusniger)生长的影响。结果表明:较低浓度Cu2+(低于100mg/L)对黑曲霉的整个生长早期有促进作用;Pb2+抑制黑曲霉孢子在培养基中的萌发;Co2+浓度在100mg/L以下对黑曲霉生长的抑制较为轻微;Ag+胁迫对黑曲霉菌落直径的影响变化规律与Zn2+基本一致;Se4+、Ni2+、Cd2+、Hg+和Cr6+浓度分别在200、200、100、25、25mg/L浓度时,黑曲霉生长受到完全抑制。10种重金属离子对黑曲霉抑制作用强弱顺序大致为:Hg2+、Cr6+〉Cd2+〉Se4+〉Ni2+〉Zn2+〉Ag+〉Co2+〉Pb2+〉Cu2+。

英文摘要:

Ten kinds of heavy metals were added in PDA medium to observe the growth of Aspergillus niger. The results showed that Cu2+ in low concentration can promoted the growth of Aspergillus niger. Pb2+ inhibited spore germination in culture medium. The inhibition of Co2+ when its concentration was less than 100 mg/L was very slight. The change of colony diameter by Ag + Stress was consistent with Zn2+, the growth of Aspergillus niger completely inhibited when Se4+and Ni2+ concentration were 200 mg/L,Cd2+ concentration was 100 mg/L,Hg+ and Cr6+ concentration were 25 mg/L. The order of inhibition was Hg2+、Cr6+Cd2+Se4+Ni2+Zn2+Ag+Co2+Pb2+Cu2+.
