本文对竖直振动条件下矩形毛细微槽中三相接触线的变形情况进行了研究。槽宽为O.2~0.4mm,槽深为0.6mm。振动频率为6Hz、10Hz、30Hz,振幅为2.92~3.97mm。微槽群热沉竖直固定在振动平台上,利用高速摄像仪对不同振动条件下微槽内液膜的振荡现象进行观测。研究结果表明,当微槽竖直向上运动时,槽内渐缩接触线被明显拉长且蒸发薄液膜区域扩大;当微槽竖直向下运动时,渐缩接触线缩短,蒸发薄液膜区域缩小;振幅或振动频率增大时,渐缩接触线的变形更明显。
The effects of vertical mechanical vibration on the flow characteristics of the liquid film in vertical rectangular microgrooves are observed. The vibration frequencies are 6 Hz, 10 Hz and 30 Hz, respectively, and the amplitude ranges from 2.92 mm to 3.97 mm. The depth of the microgrooves is 0.6 mm, while the width ranges from 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm. The experimental results show that the contact line is regularly elongated or shortened alternately in one vibration cycle; and the shape of the contact line changes obviously with the increasing vibration frequency or amplitude.
