Based on the CES production function theory, it analyzes the investment efficiency in Hubei Province. The conclusion is that the investment efficiency is low in Hubei Province, the effect of technological progress to the economic growth promotion is very small, capital utilization efficiency is low, the efficiency of resource allocation still need to improve. Therefore, the government should make great efforts to promote technological progress, increase human capital investment, and vigorously develop the capital market.
